Established on the 20th of September 2004, we began with just eight children and four families. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. What started as a small community has blossomed into a vibrant institution that is truly building a nation.

About Our Founder
Mrs. Mary Oyetunde Jolaade is a dedicated educator and visionary leader with a profound commitment to nurturing the minds and spirits of the next generation. Her journey in education began in 1975 at the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria’s pride and the University of first-choice, where she enrolled in the College of Education. Here, she laid the foundation for her impactful career, earning her National Certificate in Education (N.C.E) before achieving a remarkable first-class honors bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education in 1982.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Mrs. Jolaade continued her academic pursuits, obtaining a Master’s degree in Statistics from the same esteemed institution in 1986. Her educational background not only reflects her dedication but also her belief in the transformative power of learning.
Mrs. Jolaade's teaching career began during her National Youth Service at Government Girls Secondary School, Paiko, Kafinkoro, in Niger State. Over the years, she has enriched the lives of countless students through her roles at various schools, including Victory College in Ikeja, St. Finbarr’s College, Lagos State School of Basic Studies, and Bariga Comprehensive School. Her diverse teaching experiences have equipped her with invaluable insights into the educational landscape, fostering her passion for making a difference.
In 1991, she took a brief detour from education to work with Nigerian Bottling Company Plc (NBC), where she contributed to the success of the iconic Coca-Cola brand. However, her heart remained with education, and in 2009, she realized her dream of creating a nurturing environment for children by establishing Tudapems Schools. Her vision was to impart not just academic knowledge but also moral values and virtues that would prepare students for the challenges of the future.
Under her leadership, Tudapems Schools has become a beacon of excellence, inspiring students to reach their full potential. Mrs. Jolaade’s unwavering dedication to education, coupled with her extensive experience and academic prowess, continues to shape the ethos of the school, ensuring that every child receives the holistic education they deserve.
